We are seeking an experienced and skilled Apprentice Academy Manager to join our team at Retail Human Resources plc. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our luxury retail store, ensuring exceptional customer service standards and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a management team to ensure seamless store operations, including replenishment, range reviews, promotional merchandising management, health and safety, and store administration.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall shopping experience.
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives, including sales targets and customer service standards.
- Manage and develop a team of retail professionals, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Monitor and analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail management role, with a strong track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of retail professionals.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of luxury retail operations, including replenishment, range reviews, and promotional merchandising management.

- A competitive salary of up to £40,000 per annum, plus a performance-related bonus of up to 20% of your salary.
