Degree Apprenticeship Workplace Reviewer

The School of Engineering at the College of Science and Engineering is seeking a highly skilled Degree Apprenticeship Workplace Reviewer to join our team. As a key member of our academic staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our Degree Apprenticeships in manufacturing, materials science, civil engineering, aerospace, and nuclear engineering.
Key Responsibilities:- Organize and conduct tripartite reviews in employer facilities across the Midlands and other parts of the UK.
- Collaborate with academic staff and the Apprenticeship Hub to ensure adherence to systems and processes while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Act as a personal professional academic tutor for apprentices, providing support and guidance throughout their apprenticeship journey.
- Work closely with employers to ensure the quality and relevance of our Degree Apprenticeships.
- Experience working in a relevant engineering sector with apprentices and employers.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and administrative skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and arrange online and face-to-face meetings.
- Commitment to personal and professional development.
