We are seeking a highly skilled Bid Administrator to join our team at Neuven Solutions, a leading consultancy business providing temporary staffing and workforce management services. Our company is renowned for its expertise in audit compliance, training, bid management, and business consultancy, serving the UK's Central Government, NHS, and wider public sector.

As a Bid Administrator, you will be responsible for planning, producing, and delivering compliant proposal documents in a complex business environment. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Attending proposal kick-off meetings and participating in storyboarding sessions
  • Reviewing and managing document governance and sign-off
  • Producing electronic and hard copy documents
  • Delivering completed proposals
  • Liaising with the ISO Auditor for document control
  • Supporting quality checking of customer proposals
  • Providing DPS support, including portal upload and review of customer content
