We are seeking a highly motivated and GPhC accredited Pharmacist to lead our Pharmacy team in prescribing and dispensing prescriptions to hospital patients within the Mental Health Department.
Key Responsibilities:- Prescribe for patients with ADHD diagnosis, including physical health monitoring and medication management.
- Conduct annual reviews for patients under GPs.
- Complete accurate and timely patient notes on the trust's electronic patient record system.
- Run medication education groups for patients and families.
- Provide general medication advice to the wider CAMHS team.
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Mental Health experience is essential for this role.
