English Teacher Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and passionate English Teacher to join our dedicated teaching team at Guardian Selection Limited. As an English Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and engaging students across different key stages through delivering exciting lessons that spark curiosity and creativity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality English lessons that align with the curriculum and educational standards, catering to a range of abilities.
  • Inspire and engage students through dynamic teaching methods and interactive activities.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to help them achieve their academic goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and resources, contributing to the school's English department.
  • Foster a positive relationship with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a cohesive learning community.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree in English or a related field.
  • Experience as an English Teacher in the school level, with a passion for the subject and a commitment to student success.
  • Strong classroom management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and differentiate teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to collaboration and commitment to continuous professional development.
