Cyber Security Lead

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Lead to join our team at Northampton General Hospital NHS Trust. As a key member of our Digital Security team, you will be responsible for leading our Cyber Security efforts and ensuring the protection of our data and systems.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement Cyber Security policies and procedures to ensure the protection of our data and systems.
- Lead the Cyber Security team and provide guidance and support to ensure the effective management of Cyber Security risks.
- Collaborate with the Digital Leadership Team to develop and implement the Group Digital Strategy, ensuring that Cyber Security is integrated into all aspects of the strategy.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on Cyber Security matters to the Group and its stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including the National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC) and other external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Cyber Security threats and technologies, and ensure that our systems and processes are aligned with best practice.
- Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or equivalent level of experience.
- Expert knowledge of Cloud and on-premise security standards.
- A broad understanding of ICT and specialist knowledge in several key Cyber Security technologies.
