As an IT Support Specialist, you will provide assistance for a diverse range of systems and applications. Work Arrangement: Hybrid (1 day per week in the office) - On-call duty for one full week every 3 to 4 weeks.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience in providing IT support
- Proficient in utilizing Service Management and diagnostic tools
- Familiarity with supporting standard business IT systems and technologies
Key Responsibilities:
- Part-time role: 2 days per week schedule
- One week in four includes a full week of on-call duty
- Act as a single point of contact for customers, managing incident triage, diagnosis, and escalation/resolution
- Provide technical support across multiple platforms, including Active Directory, Azure, VMware, O365, ServiceNow, and more
- Deliver exceptional customer service across all communication channels
- Ensure service records are maintained accurately and kept up to date
- Complete tasks under Service Request Management
- Create and maintain necessary IT documentation
- Contribute ideas for continual improvement initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
ITIL Foundation certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
