Position Overview:

Our client, a prestigious firm in the Wealth Management sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Transformation Lead to undertake a pivotal role that bridges front and back office operations.

Compensation: £80-95K plus bonus, pension, and additional benefits.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid model with three days in the office.

This position offers significant exposure to front office activities, necessitating direct interaction with Portfolio Managers.

As part of a major corporate integration initiative, this role presents a wealth of critical responsibilities.

The successful candidate will be tasked with leading or substantially contributing to the management, planning, and execution of change initiatives across the organization, ensuring the effective delivery of business objectives and the realization of strategic benefits.

This role can be characterized as a Change Manager, functioning as a business-centric Business Analyst/Project Manager who initiates and propels change across extensive areas, manages high-level stakeholders, and supports the organization through transitions.

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business-focused change management within the buy-side sector (Asset Management or Wealth Management), encompassing both Business Analysis and Project Management.
  • Comprehensive front-to-back office experience.
  • Solid understanding of Portfolio Management workflows.
  • Extensive experience in managing senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated capability in leading and mentoring Business Analysts.
