About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Referral Coordinator to join our administrative team at Shaw Trust. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Work Well program, ensuring seamless delivery of services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Work Well program, including scheduling, communication, and report generation
  • Act as the first point of contact for referrers and participants, providing a warm and inviting experience
  • Collaborate with operational teams to ensure effective program delivery
  • Utilize Microsoft-based products and other software to support business needs
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring data integrity and quality

Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of systems, software, and technologies to support business needs
  • Experience with Windows desktop OS and Office 365
  • Familiarity with a broad range of hardware, including printers, tablets, mobiles, and laptops
  • Previous experience in IT and/or Telecoms Service Desk
