Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Management: Assist in job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Employee Engagement and Relations: Support employee engagement activities, handle HR inquiries, and foster a positive work environment.
  • HR Administration and Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll, and ensure HR policies comply with labor laws.
  • Training and Development: Help organize training sessions, track employee development, and support the growth of our team members.
  • General Support: Provide administrative support and participate in HR projects to drive business success.

Requirements:

  • A degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field; CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus.
