We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team at JLB as a Trainee HR Specialist. As a former professional or semi-professional athlete, you possess a unique set of skills that can be leveraged in a business setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Management: Assist in job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding processes to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
- Employee Engagement and Relations: Support employee engagement activities, handle HR inquiries, and foster a positive work environment.
- HR Administration and Compliance: Maintain accurate employee records, assist with payroll, and ensure HR policies comply with labor laws.
- Training and Development: Help organize training sessions, track employee development, and support the growth of our team members.
- General Support: Provide administrative support and participate in HR projects to drive business success.
Requirements:
- A degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field; CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR software is advantageous.
