Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to join our Cooplands bakery team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the Manager is not present, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team to achieve sales and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the bakery during the Manager's absence, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and motivate a team to achieve sales and profitability targets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers leave feeling satisfied.
  • Assist with food preparation, store cleanliness, and serving customers.
  • Participate in promoting sales and increasing profitability.

Requirements

We are looking for a Team Leader with team leader experience or experience within hospitality/retail, who is ready to step into a managerial role. You should be available to work between 6.00am and 18.00pm, although we can be flexible and will try to accommodate your availability.
