Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Team Leader to lead and motivate our retail team at Cooplands Bakery. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for managing the bakery when the manager is not present, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and engage the retail team to achieve sales and profitability targets
  • Manage store operations, including food preparation, store cleanliness, and customer service
  • Work closely with the store manager to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and control store expenses, inventory, and stock levels

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Team leader experience or experience in hospitality/retail
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including mornings and evenings
