Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Property Solicitor to join our esteemed Conveyancing Team at Browns Recruitment Group Ltd.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of advising clients on a range of property matters, including:

  • Purchases (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, new build);
  • Sales (registered and unregistered, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership);
  • Re-mortgaging and equity release;
  • Property disputes and litigation;
  • Other related property matters.

The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills, able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. They will be highly organized, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Advise clients on property matters, including purchases, sales, re-mortgaging, and property disputes;
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to ensure accurate and up-to-date advice;
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and deeds;
  • Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders;
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in property law and regulations.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with a strong background in residential property law;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Ability to work as part of a team and build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
