Job Summary

The Buckinghamshire Council is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Midday Supervisor at Holmer Green Junior School. As a key member of the school community, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of children during lunchtimes, both inside and outside the school premises.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise children during lunchtimes, maintaining a safe and orderly environment
  • Set up and clear down the school hall at the beginning and end of lunch periods
  • Work closely with the teaching team to provide support and guidance to children
  • Develop positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a similar role or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
