Job Summary

The Buckinghamshire Council is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Midday Supervisor at Holmer Green Junior School. As a key member of the school community, you will be responsible for overseeing the children during lunchtimes, both inside and outside on the playgrounds, as well as setting up and clearing down the school hall at the beginning and end of the lunch periods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise children during lunchtimes, ensuring their safety and well-being
  • Set up and clear down the school hall at the beginning and end of lunch periods
  • Work closely with the teaching team to provide support to children
  • Develop positive relationships with children and adults

Requirements

  • Proactive and enthusiastic individual with a passion for working with children
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working in an SEN environment is desirable
