ROLE OVERVIEW AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary function of this role is to support production operations through process enhancement and problem-solving initiatives. Responsibilities include analyzing and monitoring production metrics such as quality, efficiency, and material costs. The role also involves assisting in the implementation of new processes and the design of control measures, fostering a culture of Health & Safety, and promoting a Continuous Improvement mindset. We seek a dynamic individual who can adapt to a fast-paced environment and is eager to learn and share knowledge with the production team.
The production support team comprises various specialists, each focusing on distinct segments of the production workflow. This position will specifically support the Edging and Mounting processes, and the ideal candidate should possess:
- Expertise in Optical troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Experience in managing company data records
- Familiarity with Edging and Mounting operations
- Background in process support and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

- Safeguard the health and safety of visitors, contractors, and external service providers on-site, ensuring adherence to relevant H&S guidelines.

- Comply with local Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) requirements.
ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate in accordance with Environmental and energy policies.
- Ensure that visitors, contractors, and external service providers comply with relevant environmental procedures while on-site.
- Identify and report any environmental hazards, risks, or concerns to the business.
