Role Overview:

This position is based at our office, with expectations for travel throughout the region.

As the Crime Victim Services Team Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring the provision of high-quality services to victims of crime while supporting and managing operational staff
  • Collaborating with the Operations Manager and management team to implement workforce strategies and enhance service delivery for positive outcomes
  • Actively promoting the services, raising awareness, and working with professionals to improve access and quality of support

Required Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the criminal justice system and its effects on victims and witnesses
  • Familiarity with legislation concerning equal opportunities, diversity, inclusivity, safeguarding, and risk management
  • Understanding of confidentiality requirements and safe working practices in compliance with legal standards
  • Experience in dynamic environments with a focus on customer service excellence
  • Proven ability to provide crisis management and support in challenging situations
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and advisory skills, both written and verbal, when engaging with various stakeholders.
