Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and mentor a team of nurses to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care.
    • Provide guidance and support to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Patient Care
    • Provide professional nursing care to patients, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Communication and Collaboration
    • Act as a liaison between patients, staff, and physicians to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Participate in care team huddles to discuss patient care and address concerns.
  • Quality Improvement
    • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
    • Participate in peer review and performance improvement activities.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience as a registered nurse in a hospital or ambulatory setting.
  • Skills and Abilities
    • Strong leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Knowledge of electronic medical records and other healthcare technologies.
