As a Mini Bar Supervisor, your primary responsibility will be to ensure that all mini bars throughout the hotel are adequately stocked and maintained. You will be expected to uphold the highest standards of service and contribute to an exceptional guest experience that aligns with the values of Nobu. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Regularly restocking any depleted items in all mini bars according to the inventory report.
- Monitoring guest departures to identify which mini bars require replenishment.
- Conducting routine stock rotation and documenting any expired products or waste.
- Engaging with guests in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
- Acting as a representative of Nobu, embodying our core values and dedication to our team.
