About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team at Two Floors, Soho. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the bar, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the growth and development of our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as duty manager in the absence of the General Manager and Assistant General Manager
  • Recognize the importance of ambiance and customer experience in venues
  • Support team members to provide great customer service
  • Open and close the bar, ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and presentation
  • Maintain stock levels behind the bar
  • Cash up and manage finances
  • React to issues that may occur across the business
  • Report concerns to the Assistant General Manager or General Manager in a timely manner
