We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Team Lead to join our team at Quorum Network Resources, a Microsoft Solutions Partner and Microsoft Tier 1 Cloud Solutions Provider IT Consultancy firm based in Scotland.

As a Service Desk Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading our Service Desk team, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional support and service. You will be the primary point of contact for our clients and will be responsible for resolving technical issues and providing guidance on IT-related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Service Desk team and ensure that our clients receive exceptional support and service.
  • Resolve technical issues and provide guidance on IT-related matters.
  • Develop and implement processes and procedures to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Service Desk team.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that our clients receive a seamless and integrated service.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Service Desk or IT support role.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
