Job Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled corporate lawyer to join a highly regarded firm in Manchester. As a Corporate Associate / Senior Associate, you will play a key role in the team, working closely with the lead Partner to nurture local and national client relationships, promote the growth of the wider business, and drive growth across the globe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake a variety of corporate instructions, including M&A, corporate finance, private equity, joint ventures, fundraising, shareholder agreements, and general corporate advisory work.
  • Work closely with the lead Partner to develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and expansion.
  • Nurture and develop local and national client relationships to promote the growth of the wider business.
  • Contribute to the development of the corporate team across the globe.
Requirements
  • An established Corporate Solicitor with a growing network of connections in Manchester.
  • Enthusiasm for undertaking a lead role and support in client tenders/business development.
  • A strong pedigree gained from reputable practice(s) in Manchester.
  • A strong work ethic and commercial acumen.
  • Motivation to progress and drive growth.
