THE ROLE

We are seeking a customer-focused problem solver for the Sales Assistant / Front of House position. This role is crucial as you will be the face of Zoomo, directly engaging with our customers. As a sales professional with a passion for cycling and exceptional customer service, you will play a vital role in our success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting our products to riders.
  • Manage store administration and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Continuously seek ways to enhance store processes and operations.
  • Provide an outstanding in-person support experience for our riders.
  • Guide riders through the onboarding process and safety protocols.
  • Assist existing riders in troubleshooting any issues with our e-bikes.
  • Stay informed about new policies, procedures, and programs that impact riders.
  • Deliver accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and after-sales services.
  • Address customer inquiries about specific products and services.
  • Cross-sell additional products to enhance customer experience.
  • Act as an advocate for our customers, ensuring a superior experience for every Zoomo rider.
  • Support the Store Manager with various operational tasks.

Requirements

We are looking for candidates with strong communication skills who can create a welcoming atmosphere in our store. You will help identify customer needs, present solutions, and answer questions about our offerings. A positive attitude and a commitment to resolving customer issues promptly will contribute to your success in this role.

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills; knowledge of additional languages, including Spanish, is a plus.
  • A competitive spirit with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask while prioritizing customer needs.
  • Capability to identify and resolve issues independently.
  • Ability to build trusting relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
  • Experience in mobility, micro-mobility, or e-bike maintenance is advantageous.
  • A willingness and enthusiasm for selling our products to potential riders.
  • Curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo.
  • A collaborative mindset and enjoyment of teamwork.
