Property Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Property Manager to join our Cambridge-based Residential Property Management team. As a Property Manager, you will play a key role in the growth and development of our Cambridge branch, assisting with the management of a portfolio of let properties throughout the rental process.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Administer the management of let residential properties, handling problems arising during tenancy and overseeing check-ins and check-outs.
  • Conduct quarterly inspections of properties, advising landlords of changes or issues and notifying tenants of required actions.
  • Liaise with landlords and tenants to negotiate speedy and satisfactory conclusions to tenancies, including the return of tenant deposits.
  • Manage relationships with landlords, reporting maintenance and accounts matters.
  • Identify and recommend property upgrades and refurbishments, organizing tenancy work to maximize landlord income.
  • Update records and utilize our CRM system (REAPIT) to ensure accurate property and tenant details.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of compliance information.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in managing a portfolio of properties, with knowledge of the property industry.
  • Professional manners and excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take the initiative in a confident and personable manner.
  • Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
  • Numerate with excellent written and verbal communication skills and fine attention to detail.
