People Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced People Operations Manager to join our team at Superdry. As a key member of our People team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional employee experiences and driving business success.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of 6 people, consisting of 4 People Administrators, Data and Systems Analyst, and an international HR Advisor, to ensure productivity, quality, and SLA measures are maintained.
- Collaborate with the wider People Team and various stakeholders across the business to drive employee engagement and retention.
- Develop and implement processes to streamline people operations, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experience.
- Manage and deliver high-volume work at pace, maintaining a calm and composed demeanor under pressure.
- Take ownership of workload, using initiative and problem-solving skills to drive results.
- Build and maintain collaborative relationships across the global team, fostering a culture of trust and open communication.
- Ensure compliance with UK employment laws and international employment laws, as applicable.
- Proven experience in HR roles, including employee relations, HR systems, and people data.
- Strong coaching and leadership skills, with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across the business.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
