Senior Data Analyst

Join the Transformation Unit as a Senior Data Analyst and play a key role in driving business decisions with data-driven insights. As a member of our dynamic Data & Analytics Department, you will collect, process, and analyse data from various sources to support the Trust's vision and values.

Main Responsibilities
  • Collect and integrate data from multiple sources, including electronic patient records, clinical systems, and national datasets.
  • Apply statistical and analytical methods to analyse and interpret data, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
  • Develop and maintain data standards, policies, and systems to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with clinical and managerial staff to provide timely and accurate data to inform decision-making and planning.
Requirements
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • Excellent analytical and numeric skills.
  • Good understanding of relational databases and data visualisation tools.
  • Broad knowledge of NHS information and processes.
