We are seeking a dynamic and driven Metering Business Development Manager to become a vital part of our expanding organization. This role will oversee all contractual and commercial aspects within the Yü Smart division, particularly focusing on managing agreements with energy suppliers related to metering services. Your mission will be to identify growth avenues for the company and uncover new business prospects, ensuring we optimize our contributions to the Yü Group of companies. Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:
  • Drive the expansion of new business opportunities within the SMART metering sector.
  • Negotiate and draft modifications to contract specifications and related documentation.
  • Serve as the primary contact for all commercial matters with clients, achieving favorable outcomes while fostering a constructive and collaborative relationship to:
o Support client initiatives and projects
o Address contractual challenges and disputes
o Establish a clear and mutual understanding of contractual obligations.
o Lead contract negotiation processes with client commercial interfacing teams as necessary.
o Ensure timely delivery of client commercial reports.
  • Review contract terms and conditions for new business opportunities and contract modifications, identifying key commercial risks and preparing legal summaries as part of the tender approval process.
  • Ensure compliance with contract obligations.
