Baldwin Risk Partners' Digital Strategy and Innovations team is seeking a driven Associate Digital Product Manager to champion our Homeowners business segment.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the product vision for our Homeowners customers and contribute to the seamless delivery of digital products alongside dedicated Tiger Teams.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to strategize and present innovative ideas.
  • Maintaining and refining the product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with customer expectations and delivers exceptional experiences.
  • Supporting the establishment of Minimum Viable Products (MVPs) and driving iterative releases for continuous improvement.
  • Defining and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and recommending data-driven changes to enhance outcomes.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and met.
  • Acting as a liaison between Tiger Teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and collaboration.
  • Contributing to the development process, upholding high-quality standards for product delivery.
  • Managing the product backlog, including intake, prioritization, and refinement.
  • Actively participating in scrum delivery teams, working collaboratively to achieve sprint objectives.
  • Continuously refining and improving each iteration of the product before release.

We are seeking candidates with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in an IT-related role.
  • A foundational understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
  • Familiarity with the Homeowners segment, including Multi-family (Renters and Masters), Emerging Markets (Residential and Commercial Flood), and Internal Improvements (Claims, Customer Service, Internal Operations).
  • Awareness of market trends and a strong growth mindset.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Intermediate presentation skills and negotiation abilities.
  • Familiarity with modern methods such as Design Thinking is a plus.
  • The ability to multitask effectively and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
