At Baldwin Risk Partners, we are seeking a skilled Digital Product Manager to join our team. As an Associate Digital Product Manager, you will play a critical role in defining the product vision for our Homeowners business segment and supporting the overall digital product delivery process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Vision: Contribute to defining the product vision for your assigned segment, working closely with stakeholders to understand customer needs and expectations.
  • Product Roadmap: Maintain the product roadmap, ensuring that features meet customer expectations and experience.
  • MVP and Iterative Releases: Support the establishment of the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and work towards iterative releases for continuous improvements.
  • Metrics and Success: Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, providing recommendations for changes to improve product outcomes.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Alignment: Maintain strong alignment with customers and stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Tiger-Team Collaboration: Assist the primary point of contact between Tiger-Teams and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

About You

  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, with 5-7 years of working experience in an IT-related role.
  • Skills and Requirements: Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies and practices, familiarity with assigned segment, awareness of market trends, and strong growth mindset.
