About the Role:

As a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for customers seeking foreign exchange services. You'll work closely with our retail customers to understand their travel and currency needs, providing tailored solutions and advice on our range of Travelex products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their travel and currency requirements.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and guidance on our foreign exchange services.
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused.
  • Utilize your attention to detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries.
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures.
What We're Looking For:

We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual with a strong background in foreign exchange and customer service. You'll need to be numerically proficient, IT-savvy, and possess excellent communication skills.
