About the Role:

As a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, and building strong relationships with customers to understand their travel and currency needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a better understanding of their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and advice on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Utilize your keen eye for detail to process daily online FX requests and deliveries
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards and adhere to Travelex compliance procedures
Requirements:
  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers
  • IT proficient, with a basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems
  • Great communicator, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and enjoy what you do
