About the Role:

As a Travel Money Advisor, you'll be the go-to expert for customers looking to exchange currency or purchase foreign exchange products. You'll work closely with our retail customers to understand their travel needs and provide personalized advice on the best options for their destination.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Nurture and form relationships with customers to gain a deeper understanding of their travel and currency requirements
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, providing support and guidance on Travelex products and services
  • Process foreign exchange transactions accurately and efficiently, utilizing your keen eye for detail
  • Deliver on key performance goals, both procedural and customer-focused
  • Implement best practice legal and regulatory standards, adhering to Travelex compliance procedures
Requirements:
  • Numerically proficient, with a firm grasp of numbers and handling large amounts of cash
  • IT proficient, with a basic understanding of computers and in-house till systems
  • Great communicator, with the ability to build relationships and provide excellent customer service
  • Desire to succeed, with a drive to make a difference and enjoy what you do
