About the Role
The Domestic Assistant will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our hospital and community sites. This is a fantastic opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out routine cleaning tasks on a daily and weekly basis, including dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning hard floors and surfaces.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks on a monthly or annual basis, including cleaning of high-risk areas and equipment.
- Ensure all areas are clean and safe for staff and patients, including non-clinical and clinical areas.
- Provide excellent customer service and interact with patients, relatives, and staff in a polite and respectful manner.
Requirements
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to keep to pre-arranged schedules and work flexibly as required.
- Previous experience in a cleaning or support role is desirable, but not essential.
