About the Role
Senior Recovery Operations Manager - Leeds
We are seeking an experienced Senior Recovery Operations Manager to lead our Pre-Legal Collections and Civil Recovery Department in Leeds. As a key member of our Legal Operations team, you will be responsible for managing and supporting Collections Team Leaders and Lead Collection Specialists to deliver exceptional results and exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the effective operations of the Pre-Legal Collections and Civil Recovery Department, overseeing operations from a people management and service delivery perspective.
- Work closely with the team to achieve financial targets, including budgeted sales revenue, recovery rate, and management of lock-up and disbursements.
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize the use of the internal telephony system for reporting and training purposes.
- Raise the profile of the Business in the external industry through contributions to DWF promotional material and other activities.
About You
We are looking for an experienced Senior Recovery Operations Manager with:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent client service skills.
- The ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Commercial and financial awareness.
- Previous supervisory and people management experience.
