Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to join our team at Venn Group. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office, and providing excellent customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and confidential records, including learner files and contact information.
  • Oversee the visitor sign-in process and provide a warm welcome to our clients and visitors.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including drafting letters, responding to inquiries, and communicating with stakeholders regarding college policies, events, and activities.
Person Specification:
  • At least one year's experience working within an education setting providing administrative support.
  • Must hold at least level 2 English and Maths.
