About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our Commercial and Connections team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and guidance throughout the connections journey.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellence in customer support and guidance through the delivery of minor connections, service alterations, and single service diversions.
- Guide customers through the connections journey post-acceptance, completing follow-up calls and final calls on completion of work.
- Manage all inbound calling, assisting with any customer-related queries.
- Record all queries and milestones correctly using our reporting tools, ensuring guaranteed standards and service level agreements are met.
- Ensure customers are kept informed during each step of the process, while managing their expectations in line with Time To Connect guidelines and ensuring the customer is ready for the work.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role, preferably with experience working within a fast-paced or contact centre environment.
- The ability to communicate with a variety of customers over the phone, therefore excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- We are looking for someone who is organized, flexible, and self-motivated, with strong time management skills.
- You should be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently and within a team.
- You must have good computer skills and have the ability to multitask and think on your feet, including the flexibility to support your colleagues, provide information to other teams, and focus on delivery of customer service goals.
