The successful candidate will have accountability for the operational, financial, and quality performance of our services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage quality, safety, and risk; cost control, delivery of financial targets, and budgeting.
- Secure growth and develop new service offerings.
- Maintain and retain key customer accounts.
- Ensure high customer service standards and an effective EAP service.
- Provide leadership to the business, ensuring it operates in line with our values.
- Ensure colleagues are engaged, supported, and developed to deliver high standards of support to clients.
- Deliver a clinically appropriate counselling service underpinned by effective clinical governance and risk management.
- Work closely with the wider Priory Wellbeing Services Senior Leadership Team to ensure business success.
