Kenny Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Head of Financial Operations to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving financial growth and success for our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and growing company, where you will have the chance to make a real impact on our financial operations. As the Head of Financial Operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the day-to-day running of our finance function, working closely with our Founders to drive commercial, strategic, and financial decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation and review of financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Financial Control: Ensure accurate and timely financial data, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Systems and Processes: Design and implement efficient financial systems and processes to improve financial performance and reduce costs.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to ensure effective financial operations and support.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with a strong background in financial operations.
  • Experience: Proven experience in financial operations, with a strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Skills: Advanced Excel skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
