As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with our team to identify the cognitive, behavioural, and emotional needs of each student and develop strategies to support their learning.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology Graduate to gain experience working with vulnerable children and develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with a range of additional needs, including autism, speech and language needs, sensory processing disorders, physical disabilities, and communication difficulties.
- Work closely with our team to identify triggers and barriers to learning and develop strategies to support student progress.
