The Role:

This role is with the Shared Services Partnership, a leading organization in providing family support services. As a Child and Family Support Specialist, you will work as part of a supportive team, supporting adoptive families, assessing and supporting their current needs, and ensuring adopted children's voices are heard.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support adoptive families in their journey, providing guidance and resources to help them navigate the adoption process.
  2. Assess and support the current needs of adoptive families, ensuring they have the necessary support to thrive.
  3. Work collaboratively with the Adoption Support Team to ensure a comprehensive approach to supporting adoptive families.
