Compensation: £24,000 plus Commission

As our Newcastle team expands due to our remarkable success, we are looking for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to play a vital role in supporting our consultants in identifying, assessing, and placing suitable candidates for various roles.

Once you complete your training, you will have the chance to advance to a recruitment consultant position, where you will receive mentorship from seasoned professionals to enhance your skills and apply your educational and life experiences.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Searching for CVs relevant to specific consultant sectors such as primary, secondary, and special educational needs.
  • Conducting introductory sales calls to schools.
  • Evaluating and shortlisting candidates for relevant job openings.
  • Participating in team meetings as necessary.
  • Managing and utilizing the CRM system effectively.
