We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate leader to join our team at Executive Connect LTD as a Deputy Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic team delivering care and support services to young people aged 15-18.

Your Role:

As a Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in delivering high-quality support services to our clients. You will be responsible for line managing two team leaders and a team of 30 support workers. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting individuals with complex needs and managing staff teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Registered Manager in delivering quality support services to young people
  • Line manage two team leaders and a team of 30 support workers
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of our clients
  • Contribute to the development of the care team and ensure high standards of care are maintained
  • Work closely with the Registered Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the care team

Requirements:

  • Full driving licence
  • Previous experience in line managing
  • Diploma level 3, 4 or 5
  • Previous experience working with vulnerable individuals
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
