Binder Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Binder Technician to join our team at MW Appointments. As a Binder Technician, you will play a critical role in driving the delivery of an efficient and enhanced end-to-end operations service to our clients and brokers/account executives.
Main Responsibilities:- Ensure effective delivery of all broker support activities in accordance with the target model.
- Oversee the service delivery provided by 3rd party providers, ensuring positive collaboration and support.
- Maintain awareness of the end-to-end processes relative to IBA, Premium Processing, Claims, and all middle office tasks.
- Assist in the preparation of key placement documentation.
- Initiate and oversee the premium processing function, supporting the processing technicians with the resolution of queries as appropriate.
- Train and support 3rd Party Service Providers.
- Maintain an accurate and compliant record of the placement via GXB.
- Utilize relevant market and internal systems to aid in the placement process.
- Support the internal File Audit process working with the File Review and Internal Audit team as appropriate.
- Work with clients and brokers to address Cash & Credit Control issues, identify root cause of any recurring issues, and propose changes to the process to bring improvements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key colleagues and stakeholders.
- Previous similar role experience.
- Specific technical knowledge of North American Binder business.
- Desire to learn new tasks and new lines of business.
- Ability to communicate with clients and colleagues in a professional and respectful manner.
- Proactive and assertive role within the team and across the business.
- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Ability to standardize processes within the team where applicable and to implement efficiencies.
- Ability to embrace change and embed new processes as required by the leadership.
- Computer literate, including good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint packages.
- Experience in the use of London Market processes and systems.
