Role: Housekeeping Supervisor

Location: London Bridge Hospital, London

Shifts: Flexible shift patterns to suit you, between Monday and Sunday, 6:30am to 10pm

Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week

We're seeking a highly skilled Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee the cleaning and maintenance of our hospital facilities. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene, while providing exceptional customer service to our patients and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate the cleaning and maintenance activities of our housekeeping team
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Monitor and maintain the condition of our facilities, including equipment and supplies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and high-quality patient care

Requirements

  • Proven experience in supervising housekeeping teams in a similar environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
