Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Housekeeping staff, ensuring that our public areas and guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of Housekeeping staff to ensure that public areas and guest rooms are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Assist the Housekeeper Manager in the daily checking of designated staff areas and public areas, maintaining cleanliness standards.
  • Work with the Maintenance Department to ensure that guest requirements are met according to Hotel policy.
  • Attend meetings as requested and contribute new ideas to the overall success of the operation.
  • Inspire the team to achieve high standards of work and guest care.

Requirements:

  • Housekeeping experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector in a supervisory capacity.
  • Available to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.

Travel:

  • St James Park Tube Station – District & Circle Line – across the road.
  • Westminster Tube Station – Jubilee Line (4 Mins Walk).
  • Victoria Station (8 Mins Walk).
  • Waterloo Station (10 Mins Walk).
