We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Van Fleet Sales Executive to join our team at Pybus Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of fleet van sales across a designated region.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to enhance fleet van sales within the assigned territory
- Forge and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their needs to provide tailored solutions
- Achieve the required sales target and related KPIs within a 12-month period
- Work closely with the Head of Sales and Regional Retail Team to identify opportunities for all product and services via sales
- Enhance the image and reputation of the company while supporting its commercial interests
- Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to inform sales strategies
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record in sales and an understanding of total costs of ownership and funding options
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade at all levels
- The ability to find new customers and increase the customer database
- Previous experience in selling or renting capital equipment to key local fleets
- Knowledge of the Van industry
- A full UK driving licence, as regular regional travel is a core component of the role
- A tax-efficient company car
- An excellent bonus scheme
- A pension scheme
