Job Summary:

PMR is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Day Concierge to join our team at a luxury residential development in London. As a key member of our community, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the safety and security of our residents, and maintaining the high standards of our development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and Greeting: Greet residents and visitors in a polite and friendly manner, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere in our reception area.
  • Reception and Administration: Manage the reception area, handle incoming calls, and respond to resident requests and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Security and Safety: Verify all visitors, suppliers, and contractors, and maintain a secure and safe environment for all residents by conducting security checks and monitoring CCTV systems.
  • Maintenance and Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues, and ensure that all communal areas are kept clean and tidy.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to all residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Communicate effectively with residents, colleagues, and management, and work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve our goals.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in residential or 5-star hotel environments, with a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Personal Qualities: Reliable, timekeeping, and immaculate presentation, with a strong sense of initiative and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Working Arrangements:

Working 4 on 4 off with the hours of 7am - 7pm, with a competitive salary of £27,000 - £28,000 annually.
