Graduate Sales Program Overview

This program is tailored to accelerate our sales professionals into leadership roles. The timeline varies based on performance, supported by a structured grading system. You will progress from Rookie Sales Surveyor to Management, guided by a dedicated mentor who will equip you with the expertise to excel in Property Services.

You will also participate in our Internal Customer Services Apprenticeship Scheme, focusing on essential interpersonal skills for a dynamic sales environment.

Candidate Profile
