    AGM Construction Recruitment is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to enhance our team.     Location: Flexible, with options to work from various locations.

    Our ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a consultancy role, demonstrating expertise in managing projects of varying complexity. You will have the opportunity to work on high-profile developments, including:
    • Urban mixed-use projects
    • Residential developments (Build to Rent and Private Sale)

    • Local government projects
    • Commercial office constructions and refurbishments
    • Corporate real estate ventures
    As part of our high-performing team, you will be expected to deliver exceptional Quantity Surveying and Cost Management services throughout the project lifecycle.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Deliver comprehensive Quantity Surveying services from project inception to completion.
    • Support the lead Quantity Surveyor in project execution.
    • Manage pre and post-project commercial activities and reporting.
    • Prepare detailed cost reports and manage project changes.
    • Develop and maintain client relationships.
    • Utilize knowledge of JCT or NEC contracts.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
    • Mentor junior colleagues and support their professional growth.
    Qualifications:
    • Experience with both private and public sector clients.
    • BSc in Quantity Surveying or equivalent qualification.
    • MRICS accreditation or working towards it is preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
    • Familiarity with BIM/CAD and cost planning software.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective relationships.
    • A proactive and ambitious mindset, with a commitment to excellence.
