Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating closely with the Operations team to ensure the effective implementation of quality systems throughout the facility.
- Evaluating quality-related metrics and producing reports to convey essential performance indicators to relevant stakeholders.
- Leading, managing, mentoring, and supporting the quality team in all facets of food safety and hygiene.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical or quality management positions.
- A degree in food science is preferred.
- Familiarity with current regulations, quality systems, and standards set by retailers and certification bodies.
